Great experience!
Initially I called Vertical Doors to find out where in the Bay Area they recommended to have there kits professionally installed.
After speaking with Danny I found out they had a promotion that included free installation with purchase of there kit directly.
This instantly enticed me to place a 50% deposit, schedule a date for installation and commit to driving over 800 miles.
Needless to day that everything went super smoothly and the results are great thus far.

Awesome service. Definitely a fair price considering the price of the vertical door kits alone, and the installation time wasn't too bad either. Nick was able to schedule me and offer me a quote over the phone (greatly appreciated when you live far away). The kit looks well-installed for now, just may take a little getting used to the opening motion and weight of the door. Hoping that it breaks in / loosens up over time, but will call in if needed.

have their lambo door hinges on my 05 Vette, only 46,000 miles. only 18,000 mile since they did the install, passenger door not used much, but 1 of the pivot 1/4 inch bolts fell out ,door opens all out of wack ,hits fender , only 1 other bolt holding the pivot point to the car,, we will see if they stand behind the product /workmanship /lifetime warranty , will re post after I find out how they respond ,will give it a one star for now,
OK,, here is the first up date, talked to Nick at VD, he discussed it with his manager, come to find out they have a updated version of the hinges and will change mine out for the new ones FREE OF CHARGE, now I say that is great customer service and a company standing behind their product and warranty,, good job people, will update after the new install.
now, last update, got the new hinges installed ,Nick, Autumn ,Rob [ the owner] are all great, Rob even helped the installer with the install, Nick even bought me lunch, Rob gave me a free T shirt ,car looks great, this company is a family business, Rob believes in customer service. go try them out,, thanks guys

Vertical Doors came highly recommended from a friend. Although I had to drive from San Diego I would do it again in a minute. I Immediately greeted as I came in the doors and Danny Serrano walked me through the process. They even provided transportation to and from the Regal Theaters. They have a great waiting room but the popcorn and movie fit in perfectly. The doors look great and extremely pleased with this team.

Bought my kit a little over two years ago. Just recently I went to get my shocks replaced. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and right away when I entered I was greeted by friendly employees. Even though my car was not worked on at the scheduled time the waiting room is nice and cozy with A/C at a good temperature. The Coca-Cola vending machine is reasonably priced at $1.25 a bottle but I choose to walk 1/2 to the small shopping center and after 2 1/2 hours my car was ready. The shocks worked perfectly and the squeaky noise I got from opening the door was gone. Nice experience.
